![]() Jeffrey contacted me a couple of days before to advise me to change the time of the session from 11am to 8am as the sea would be calmer then. We booked paddle boarding as an activity to do when we were staying in Kotor. It just would have been much easier and less stressful for us if they'd reached out to keep us informed, instead of leaving us standing there wondering what had gone wrong and then searching for a way to connect. Once we established a connection, they were friendly, and everyone we met was very hospitable and, as noted above, we loved the tour itself. Since we were going to be in Kotor for a couple more days, we proposed rescheduling for a morning two days later, and this was what we eventually did. He was able to tell us that the weather wasn't conducive to a tour that morning and offer to fully refund our payment. We texted that number, and connected with a team member, and after that things much improved. Eventually after about 30 minutes of waiting, we returned to Kotor and our hotel and then, after much searching, found a US cell number listed somewhere on their web site. We had included both an email address and a US cell number with our reservation, so they should have had access to those, but we received no communication and were left confused. We arrived as scheduled but never saw a pickup vehicle, leaving us frustrated and confused as to whether we'd gone to the wrong place, or gotten the time wrong, or what had happened. We had signed up for the kayak tour, with a meeting spot just outside the old city of Kotor. It appears that the company is fairly small, so I can understand that communication may be hard, and the weather is tricky in this area, so I'll describe our experience and hope that it can be improved. We had freedom to suggest places to explore, to spend as much time as we wanted in each location, and to thoroughly enjoy our time on the water. There were only the two of us in one kayak, and two guides in another, and it almost felt more like spending time with friends (who knew the area well) than an official tour. In our kayaks, we were able to enter small places, and to start earlier in the day, so we had the cave and much of the coastline to ourselves. We have kayaked a fair amount, and this tour was one of the more beautiful ones we've taken. ![]() We highly recommend the tour, although would have appreciated clearer communications. We did a kayaking tour along the sea coast of Montenegro and into the Blue Cave (as well as other caves) and had an amazing time.
